Our desire is to offer an unforgettable experience. For this, we have established a set of rules that please, respectfully, keep in mind both during, and after your stay has ended in our hotel.

Cancellation of reservations

If you wish to cancel your reservation, you will need to contact us by email or phone.

For cancellations made until 12:00 of the previous day arrival not charge any extra fee. Cancellation after this period or failure to accommodation without prior notice triggers a cancellation fee / no-show, representing the first night of accommodation.

Payment methods

As payment methods accept payments in cash, credit / debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) and by bank transfer.

Check in and check out

Accommodation in the room may start at 14:00.

Releasing room on departure day will be made before 12:00.

Receiving room earlier, but its release later hours mentioned above is possible on request, depending on availability and possible additional costs for these services are available at the reception.

Guests who frees rooms until 12:00 may leave luggage in the luggage room for over 24 hours at no extra cost.


There are no extra costs for children aged up to 12 years sharing the room with parents using existing bedding.


Hotel Bohemia is not allowed pets.

Restaurant and bar

Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 to 10:00. Visitors who are not staying in the hotel can enjoy breakfast by paying the sum of 15 lei, VAT included. Lunch and / or dinner can be served in the restaurant between the hours of 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

The bar is open around the clock.


Because promote an eco-responsible attitude, smoking is not allowed in the rooms at Hotel Bohemia.


Tourists can park in the hotel courtyard at no additional cost and subject to availability.

Safety of personal belongings

Hotel Bohemia has approved electronic access monitoring room. Each room is equipped with a safe. We recommend using safes for storing valuables. We are not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen assumed in the hotel, restaurant or bar.

Safe access roads and transport

Access roads and transport inside the Hotel Bohemia respect existing rules legislation. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any damage, physical or property, caused by guests during use means of transport or access roads.

Special assistance

Our desire is to provide the best conditions for disabled people. The vast majority of our hotel premises are accessible to persons in wheelchair. If you need special assistance of any kind, please let us know in advance to be able to offer a stay enjoyable.

Confidentiality of information

If you contact us via email, fax or through this website, we will allow us to contact you in the future to send materials and promotions or to inform you about events that we organize. We will never use your name or information without your consent we previously. You will be able to inform us if you wish to receive this information in the future.

Environmental policy

Environmental protection is a constant concern for us, therefore promote an eco-responsible attitude.

A saving detergents conservation requires a better environment. Therefore, for bookings lasting more than three nights, we change linens and towels every three days, or at your request. In order to signal your willingness to change sheets or towels, please leave them on the floor.

We reserve the right to grant different bonuses and additional services without payment, loyalty of our customers order.

Behavior code

The hotel staff will greet guests with kindness and always will do our best to fulfill any request from them. If a guest or a visitor to the hotel by appearance, behavior or condition they are in, will produce an unpleasant, disturbing the other guests and damaging the image of the hotel, it will be asked to leave the hotel immediately. In this regard, Bohemia Hotel reserves the right to select their guests.

Disputes and complaints

We reserve the right to charge debit card / credit of our guests beyond their control, in the following cases: when the guest leaves without pay their bill, when it proves without a doubt, the guest of product damage in the hotel when the guest leaves the hotel with objects that do not belong and you have not paid at the reception, or when the client has not canceled the reservation in accordance with the policies Cancellation deadline.

We will try to resolve amicably any controversy, dispute or claim that may occur after applying our hotel policy. If this is not possible, the dispute shall come under the jurisdiction of the tribunal Bacau.
